Massimiliano Rega has been working in the telecommunications industry since 1996. In the Telecom Italia Group, Massimiliano managed Sales and Operations projects for TMI and investee companies in Rome, New York, London, Hong Kong, Buenos Aires, Vienna (Telekom Austria) and Paris (9 Telecom). As Managing Director of PG Italy, Max oversees the technology, telecommunications and digital company. As a leading company in Italy for the sale, installation and maintenance of electrical, network, internet, wireless broadband and TV reception systems, Massimiliano has helped create a network of 1,500 installation technicians, 180 sales points and 110 warehouses.

From 2012 to 2017, Massimiliano Rega worked at Technogym SpA as COO - Consumer Sales Marketing and Service Operation. During these years, Massimiliano contributed to the exponential growth of the company through the conquest of some strategic markets, making Technogym one of the world's leading Fitness companies.

SKY Italia

Since 2004, Massimiliano Rega started at Sky, first in the role of Head of Sky Service & Sales Operations, before assuming the responsibility of Director of Service & Delivery in 2008. He took on further responsibility for the Customer Experience Directorate (installation, supply chain, logistics, field customer care, services delivery, technical product development) - thus creating one of the best sales and delivery networks in the world.

In 2000 Massimiliano Rega joined Accenture as a manager and was soon promoted to Senior Manager -Strategy, responsible for several European projects for leading telecommunications and media companies. In 2017, with over 20 years of experience, Massimiliano founded his own Consulting - MRC Omnichannel - with the objective of assisting, clients in matters of: consumer experience, customer journey, cross-channel communication campaigns, data mining analytics, knowledge management, mining & discovery, data contact management, process re-engineering and people strategy.

Illa SpA 

In 2020 Massimiliano Rega joined the executive board of Illa SpA - a leading Italian company in the design, production and distribution of table, kitchen and living items - with the goal of further improving the customer experience.

Since 2017 Massimiliano Rega has been Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Rome Tor Vergata - Chair of Economics and Business Organisation. Moreover, thanks to MRC Omnichannel, Massimiliano is involved in coaching and executive education, supporting clients in achieving specific business objectives (E.G. internalisation, sales increase, cost reduction, operation optimisation, etc.).
